Business/Civic Leadership

We inspire leaders to identify matters of the highest importance to the long-term future of the greater Houston region, and to collaborate in addressing those challenges for the benefit of all. Are you in?

Business/Civic Leadership Forums are conducted twice yearly to build passionate civic leaders as diverse as the region itself, leveraging participants’ business and leadership skills to drive lasting change. For both proven and emerging leaders, our twice yearly Business/Civic Leadership Forums develop a deeper understanding of the challenges in our community, and foster a new sense of responsibility for the future.

Since 2000, we’ve taken more than 1,300 diverse leaders on learning journeys through the thorniest social issues and the biggest economic hurdles, and built bridges between points of view as diverse as Houston itself. The results are dozens of life-changing community projects — spun off from the Forums — and a cohort of diverse civic entrepreneurs working to build a better region.
